THE IMPORTANCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION I
Abstract
In Europe in the 17th century, entrepreneurs were considered different people, as they controlled the economy. The best-known exponent was the Baron of Mauá. But it was in the industrial revolution in Great Britain in the 19th and early 20th centuries that it developed. In the Middle Ages, this term referred to those who participated in or supervised large projects. In Brazil, entrepreneurship began to be discussed with intensity at the end of the 1990s. Due to the importance of entrepreneurship for society, it is a fundamental theme to be worked on in schools, this education can contribute to forming people capable of transforming the environment in which live. Children already bring with them a curiosity to know the new, entrepreneurial teaching in schools can awaken creativity and many other skills. With these assumptions established, this research aims to understand how entrepreneurial education can influence and develop skills and abilities in elementary school students. Thus, the following research question arises: How can entrepreneurial education develop Skills, Skills and Attitudes in elementary school students? In this way, entrepreneurial education intends to allow the right to dream and to see ways of realizing them, not allowing the entrepreneurial side that exists in every child to be repressed. These children have a knowledge that is often undervalued in the daily life of adults, however, it is important to value their creativity, rebelliousness and dreams. To achieve the proposed objectives, the applied methodology was of a theoretical and empirical nature and of a primary nature. Exploratory and descriptive. The work presents bibliographic characteristics, case study and field research. The sample was carried out for convenience, given that it is not a common subject in schools.
