THE PURSUIT OF JUDICIAL PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY UNDER THE FOCUS OF QUALIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES WITH OR WITHOUT DISABILITIES AT TJGO: AN INSIGHT INTO THE ESCOLA JUDICIAL DE GOIÁS (EJUG)
Abstract
This article discusses the role played by the Judicial School of Goiás (EJUG) in the relentless pursuit of judicial performance efficiency within the scope of the State of Goiás Court of Justice (TJGO), with a special emphasis on the qualification of employees, including those with disabilities. Based on constitutional provisions that prescribe the indispensable duty of federative entities to promote the training of their public agents, the study explores the preeminence of professional training for judges and judicial employees. Resolution No. 159 issued by the Honorable National Council of Justice and the establishment of the aforementioned EJUG are addressed, highlighting the broad scopes that permeate the institution, encompassing official courses, postgraduate programs, symposiums, and lectures in accordance with the guidelines established by the National School of Training and Improvement of Judges (ENFAM). EJUG carries out a wide-ranging performance within the Judiciary, encompassing the dissemination of ethical values, the development of judges and employees in the central core, as well as the improvement of administrative practices. The proposed research aims to investigate the intrinsic issues and challenges faced by EJUG, taking into account the qualification of employees, both those affected by some form of limitation and those without such circumstances, emphasizing the magnitude of inclusion and corporate education for achieving efficient and equitable judicial performance. This study holds unquestionable relevance by contributing to the improvement of the judicial apparatus, fostering the provision of accessible, effective, and equitable judicial services to the community.
