THE JUDICIALIZATION OF HEALTH’S RIGHT
Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the judicialization of the health’s right from the perspective of its economic reflexes and how they may affect the universalization of health’s right as listed in the Magna Carta of 1988, by concession of judicial measures that grant a large budgetary impact.
